Robotic Mower After-sales Service Policy

I. Period of Policy Implementation

The after-sales policy (hereinafter referred to as "the Policy") applies to all products sold by FJD online store, including Landscaping Mower, Power Station, Lidar Scanner, Autosteering Kits, and other accessories (hereinafter referred to as "the products"), sold by FJ DYNAMICS INTERNATIONAL LIM (hereinafter referred to as "FJ").

II. Contents of the Policy

Chapter I. Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Period

In case of any hardware malfunction for reasons beyond control during the warranty period, the product(s) involved will be replaced for free. For any hardware malfunction caused by human error or after the guarantee period, FJ will provide repair service on the basis of an agreed quotation to the end user.

General products are guaranteed for 2 years; consumable items are guaranteed for 1 year. The specific guarantee period for each product is as follows:

Warranty Period Counting

To ensure customer perception, FJ provides the product warranty period for end users counting from the receipt date. 2 years for main parts, and 1 year for the wearing parts. When contacting FJ for warranty service, users should present the purchase invoice and courier receipt. If the user cannot provide these, the warranty period shall be counted starting from the ex-factory date. In case of repair or replacement, the warranty period is not renewed but continues from the original warranty period.

Warranty Method

To improve efficiency in resolving issues: Once the product experiences a malfunction, kindly provide the order number, a video documenting the fault, the product SN number, and a detailed description of the defect when contacting us.

  • Users may contact FJ service via email onlinestore@fjdynamics.com or by hotline included in the package. Users may also visit our homepage at mower.fjdynamics.com.
  • Verified intrinsic defects will be replaced for free during the warranty period.
  • Remote guidance is available, on-site installation can be arranged based on service quotation.
  • For out-of-warranty issues, repair/replacement is available based on quotation.

Situations not Covered

  • Warranty period expired.
  • Damage caused by natural calamities, force majeure, pets, or improper operation.
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
  • Use of non-approved parts.
  • Torn or damaged warranty labels/serial numbers.
  • Failure to operate according to manual.
  • Components requiring regular maintenance (rubber parts, vulnerable parts, etc.).

Chapter II. Charging Standard for Paid Services

1. Paid service

Paid services refer to issues beyond the warranty period or scope. Charges include labor, spare parts, and transportation.

2. Charging standard for manual service

Pricing depends on service type, difficulty, technician level, service hours, and travel.

3. Charging standard for spare parts

Spare parts pricing is subject to quotation from the FJ-authorized service center.
